Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic Massage is a very gentle, light touch massage that stimulates the lymphatic system to improve the removal of toxins and fluid. When the lymphatic system slows down or becomes blocked, fluids begin to build up in the tissues causing swelling (edema). The whole body feels tired and heavy, making us susceptible to illness. Stimulating the lymphatic system through massage helps to clear any blockages, decreases edema and gives our immune system a boost.
